Three Ways to Style Plaid

Three Ways to Style Plaid

A print that never goes out of style, especially for the fall, is plaid. This trend will always be popular for this season. They are so comfortable and make such a great easy and casual outfit. Plaid is very versatile and can be styled in so many different ways. I’m going to show you guys three ways to style plaid.

The first way I styled plaid was with a simple and casual outfit. I styled it with a pair of jeans, booties, and a cardigan. This is a great layering outfit when it starts getting more chilly. Since the sleeves of this plaid shirt are a little long on me, I cuffed them over the cardigan so you can see more of the pattern. I also added this baker’s boy cap to the outfit. I’ve been loving these hats lately. I want to get another pair in a different color.

The second way I styled plaid was with a suede skirt. I tucked in the plaid shirt and it makes the plaid shirt a little more dressy and feminine. I also paired this outfit with my white booties. I love how the white stands out and adds a cooler vibe to the outfit.

The third way I styled plaid was over a dress. This is another great feminine and dressy look. I tied the plaid shirt in a knot in the front and wore cute booties. I also added my leopard clutch to combine two fun patterns together.

  1. I love your shirt, is so pretty! For me, the best way to style it would be your second outfit, with the long white jumper. My style is more casual so this would work perfectly for me.

  2. Plaid is timeless and it always looks great, I love how you styled it. My favourite is when you paired it with the skirt.
