Happy New Year!! I can’t believe it is 2019! 2018 was amazing and I can’t wait to see what 2019 has to bring. I always like to set goals each year of things that I would like to accomplish and places I would like to visit. It gets me excited and motivated for the upcoming year. I thought it would be fun to share my New Year’s Resolutions with you guys.

  1. Health and exercise are very important to me so I always like committing to a goal every year regarding working out and eating healthy. My goal is to complete Kelsey Well’sĀ PWR Program. I love using weights and gym machines in my workouts and I’m obsessed with her program. For my eating habits, I’d love to start eating less processed foods and eating more plant based meals.
  2. For my blog, I want to consistently post twice a week. This blog was created to be a resource for you guys so I’d love to hear your thoughts on what kind of content you want šŸ™‚ I would also love to reach 10,000 followers on Instagram.
  3. I always like to visit at least two new places each year. In 2018, I went to Nashville, Raleigh, and Costa Rica. For 2019, I am planning on going to Greece and Portugal. I would also love to visit Banff, Canada and see Emerald Lake and visit Vermont during the fall.
